“The answer to fear is not control β it’s trust.“
Perhaps youβve come here searching for support β with a question, a turning point, a life theme or a decision. I invite you to take a look around. And if you feel that we might look at your concern together, Iβd be happy to hear from you.
I look forward to supporting you on your unique journey and to exploring lasting solutions together.

What is systemic counseling?
In systemic counseling, you as a whole person are at the center β with all your relationships, thoughts, and emotions. Rather than focusing solely on individual problems, we look at your broader environment and the patterns and dynamics that shape your life.
Systemic counseling acknowledges that challenges often arise from the interplay between different areas of life. Whether itβs family dynamics, professional situations, or personal development, this approach helps uncover connections and opens up new perspectives.
The focus is on activating your resources, gaining more freedom to act, and developing solutions together β always in a way that fits your unique context and strengths.
Approach
In addition to the systemic approach, my work is guided by the core principles of humanistic psychology.
This perspective views every person as a unique being with an innate desire for growth, connection, and meaning.
Key influences on my practice include Virginia Satir, whose systemic family therapy centers on humanity and personal development, and Carl Rogers, whose person-centered approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard.
Psychological Counseling β Psychotherapy
Please note that psychological counseling is not a substitute for psychotherapy. I am not (yet) licensed to provide diagnoses or work in a psychotherapeutic capacity. Instead, I offer supportive counseling for those who are seeking guidance but do not need or wish to engage in traditional psychotherapy. If you are currently waiting for a therapy spot, I am happy to offer short-term appointments as a bridge β or to accompany you alongside an ongoing psychotherapy process.
Coaching, Counseling and Therapy: Differences and Similarities
Counseling, coaching, and therapy each offer valuable support in navigating challenges, achieving goals, and shaping your life in a positive way. All three approaches foster personal growth and transformation, giving you space to reflect, evolve, and move forward on your individual path.
Coaching
Coaching is like a compass β guiding you toward your personal or professional goals. As your coach, I support you in unlocking your potential and turning your vision into reality. Through focused questions and practical impulses, we explore your strengths and develop clear, achievable steps forward β together.
Counseling
Counseling focuses on your current questions, concerns, and decisions. We work together to find solutions and meaningful options that fit your life right now. With expertise, empathy, and experience, Iβm here to help you see things from new angles and take confident next steps.
Therapy
Therapy offers a safe and supportive space to address deeper emotional or psychological challenges. A therapist accompanies you with empathy and care as you process past experiences and open the way for healing and change. In the long run, this can help you regain a sense of well-being and renewed joy in life.
