What to Expect
I offer an open space where you are seen and heard – without judgment, without assumptions. I believe that each person is the expert of their own story. My role as a counselor is to support you in uncovering the answers that already exist within you. Together, we explore solutions for both inner and outer conflicts. I accompany you through difficult decisions and personal growth processes with empathy and clarity.
In my systemic approach, I bring impartiality, genuine curiosity, and deep respect. We are all part of different “systems” – as partners, parents, colleagues, friends, and members of society. That’s why the solutions we develop also take these wider contexts into account.
Free Initial Consultation
During a free 20-minute introductory conversation – available in person, online, or by phone – we’ll explore your concerns, discuss the conditions for working together, and find out whether it’s a good match on both sides.

Counseling — Location & Who It’s For
In my counseling space at Theaterstraße 23 in Plauen, I offer in-person appointments. For those who think more freely while moving, “Walk & Talk” sessions are also available – weather permitting.
If needed, I’m happy to work with you online via Zoom.
I offer individual sessions as well as counseling for couples and polycules. I also enjoy working with families, groups, and teams. Sessions are available in both German and English.

Counseling — How long does it take?
Sessions usually last between 50 and 100 minutes, depending on your needs. For groups and teams, 60 to 120 minutes is common.
The number of sessions is flexible and tailored to your situation. Sometimes a few sessions are enough – and sometimes longer-term support makes sense.
